State Senator Neil Anderson and State Representative Tony McCombie invite local families to attend a free Children’s Health & Safety Expo on Saturday, September 14 in East Moline.

The event features over 35 state and local agencies, non-profit organizations and local businesses covering a wide range of educational, health, child care, recreational, and community services for families and children.
Special attractions include a variety of live demonstrations and the popular Touch-A-Truck exhibit, where children can get behind the wheel of their favorite vehicles, such as police cars and fire trucks, and ask questions to those who operate them.

- 9:30 a.m.—QC Gymnastics Academy
- 10:00 a.m.—All Family ATA Taekwondo
- 10:30 a.m.—Dance Connection
- 11:00 a.m.—Metzler Juggling
Admission to the event is FREE with complimentary refreshments and a drawing for giveaways, which will take place at noon.
Information will be available on topics such as car seat safety, after-school activities, nutrition, and more.
